We are getting two new sports betting properties online and we can now supply leads for sports betting customers. We expect to close 50 leads or so a week in sports betting. As the new affiliate system get worked over to the sports betting web properties this number should increase.

We are seeing a good increase in new CPA leads coming from our network of affiliates, we just past the 1000 mark of affiliates after having the affiliate system open for almost 3 month now. The affiliate generated Casino leads are now nearing 20% of all leads that we sell and nice jump of about 10% from the first quarter. We think we can keep our current affiliates happy with the payout we are giving them and increase this number going into the 3rd quarter.

From this update forward we will no longer announce monthly casino affiliates or new customers in house as our website is now public to the world. I will still keep everybody updated but just not with specific numbers.

All in all it looks like we are going for a record 2nd quarter looking at the numbers and I want to thank everybody for their hard work .

CS-web owns some portal properties in the casino and poker market space that until today was used to generate leads for the casino industry. Today CS-web has add affiliate sign up to these websites to increase the leads that CS-web can generate in a give month. Affiliates can generate some extra leads into the total leads that CS-web is expecting to generate in the first quarter of 2009. Its expected that affiliates of CS-web will do 7-8% of the total amount of casino leads in first quarter 2009. Its the hope of management that this number will increase over time. The casino web properties are all very high traffic sites that was started in 2001-2002 and these properties has been a major factor in the lead generation of CS-web. Its estimated that the casino and poker web portal sites generate about 40% of the total leads in CS-Web the rest are generated with PPC (pay-per-click) advertisement.

As we announced with our poker CPA leads we have now in the works to add an affiliate backend to our Casino properties also, giving us more casino player inventory each month as our affiliate base grows. We will advertise the new affiliate program heavy for the first 3 month to get a good base of Internet markets to see our new offerings. We hope that affiliate network will increase our player inventory with 10% in the first quarter 0f 2009. The new inventory is something our clients has requested of us for the past many month and we will try and do our best to keep increasing the amount of player we can send each month.

We have for the longest just used two different ways to generate poker CPA leads. One would be through our online poker properties that are increasing every month in traffic to the site and conversion of real money players to our clients. The other way has been target PPC advertisement for clients that need clients from specific areas of the world. Both ways has been very successful but as our client base has broaden we have felt the need to add a third way of generating leads for the poker industry. So next month we will introduce a new affiliate system for regular markets to join us and receive a CPA deal from us for closing deals on new cash players. We think that this can grow our inventory of real money players each month and we hope that our affiliate base will be loyal as they know we will pay them well for each real lead they provide.

Our new affiliate system should go online next month giving us new fresh inventory to sell.

New clients has again approached  us for the first quarter of 2009 with a solid CPA deal for leads in the casino industry, we finish the last deal in December and our numbers speaks for themself. We where 32% over our monthly goal for leads generated and the client had to make good at the end of the term for more leads than what the pre-payment was.
